The Washington Post publishes CBB Letter to the Editor calling for parents to be held accountable

The Washington Post published a letter to the editor from CBB founder and president Craig W. Floyd saying parents should be held accountable for the children they bring into this world. Letter was in response to an article about D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser’s plan to get tough with violent juvenile criminals and to hold parents accountable if their children do not go to school.
