Cop Hater "Snoop Dogg" Gets Undeserved Honor at Olympics

The rapper who has spewed hatred toward police in his songs carried the Olympic torch in Paris and is part of NBC's Olympics coverage

McLean, VA (July 29, 2024) – In 2006, the citizens of Paris, France outrageously named a street in honor of an American cop killer by the name of Mumia Abu-Jamal. Rue (Street) Mumia Abu-Jamal is found in the Paris suburb of Saint-Denis.

Abu-Jamal was convicted of the cold-blooded murder of Philadelphia Police Officer Daniel Faulkner in 1982. After hearing all of the evidence at trial, a jury took little time to convict Abu-Jamal. Multiple eyewitnesses testified that Abu-Jamal had shot Officer Faulkner in the back during a traffic stop and then stood over the writhing 25-year-old officer and fired four more shots.
